info on scandanavian leagues in english

Can anyone recommend a site(s) where I can glean info on the Norwegian Tippeligaen and Swedish Allsvenskan? I don't speak either language.

I know of both sites. The Swedish site doesn't offer much info, unless it improves once the season starts. . I don't know...I may have to abort my intentions regarding Scandinavian league play.
